That time of year again

As we enter November, we all begin the busy family season. With many holidays on the horizon and the events that accompany them, it's sometimes difficult to concentrate on our daily business. Whether we're self-employed and running our own company, or toiling away at our respective jobs in hopes of advancement, the days sometimes become difficult to motivate ourselves.

So, with that, I offer only a few words of advice. . . . . Embrace the celebrations, draw on your partners and co-workers that give us motivation every day, and allow yourselves to enjoy the celebrations! Because, if we want to maximize our productivity in our professions, it's the little wins and warm feelings that the people around us provide, that can be the difference between having an exceptional last quarter of the year, or just waiting for next year!
